Have you tried powering off the airport unit and your computer for a few
minutes
If after that, you still have problems, it could be:
1) could be faulty airport unit
2) could be bad location for airport unit
3) could be interference from other devices
4) could be you're in a location that has low signal strength

The easiest blog in the world is www.posterous.com
Works from any computer and you can submit entries via email (you don't even
have to visit the site to add something to your blog)
I think it rocks

Hi Guys,
My iBook has OS X 10.4.11. Creating a blog from scratch is on my
radar screen for the first time.
I never paid attention to this option before this week and am at the
beginning of the learning curve.
I've read google websites on blog building, i.e WordPress, etc.. It's
obvious I need some "starter guidance".
I'm hoping it can come from this list. I'd like to hear from anyone
who will talk to me about creating a blog in a way that maximizes the
capabilities of my iBook.
Suggestions? Insights? I don't need hand holding, but I learned long
ago to ask questions and learn from others before jumping into
something totally new to me.

Subject: [1AppleFreeTech] DVD capacities
Hi All:
Have a Mac Pro 1.1 Dual core Xenon 3 GHz.
System profiler says about my (standard with this model) optical drive:
PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-111D:
Cache: 2000 KB
Reads DVD: Yes
CD-Write: -R, -RW
DVD-Write: -R, -RW, +R, +R DL, +RW
Write Strategies: CD-TAO, CD-SAO, CD-Raw, DVD-DAO
Can I use a large-capacity disk in this drive? I want to burn a wedding home
video of about 5.25 GB

I don't consider myself bald. I'm simply taller than my hair.

Free.
Could be useful for setting up vintage Macs on the Internet. Sorry, the diskette
is missing; not sure if I have a copy anywhere.
Also an interesting look back in time to the early Internet.

Ahem.
They wrote, "You'll be receiving your Hordes of Orcs license soon.
Thanks for your patience."
I'm still waiting.
