The objectives of the Association are:


To create an environment in the banking sector in Israel conducive to real competition.

To share information and ideas intended to improve the banking experience of members and reduce its cost.

To accumulate information on individual grievances and identify areas of dissatisfaction with a view to presenting suggestions for improvement.

*Hebrew and Russian language versions of this list are presently in the works and should be up and running in the near future

Group Guidelines:

1) Each message should have a descriptive subject line that relates to its content.

2) Post only in unformatted, plain text (do not use rich text or other formatting), and include no graphics or attachments of any kind.

3) Please refrain from typing in ALL CAPS, as this is equivalent to shouting.

4) Please make a genuine effort to keep your messages to a reasonable length, and to avoid rambling, off-topic, or inappropriate correspondence.

5) Topics - When posting please keep in mind the primary objectives of this group:

**To determine, describe, and catalog the most important grievances and problems that we encounter with Israeli banks.

**To formulate concrete proposals and recommendations for meaningful changes and effective solutions to those issues and how best to present them to the proper people and organizations.

6) All messages should be signed.

7) As a courtesy to other members, particularly those who receive the group's messages via their e-mail, and in the interest of tidiness and readability, we ask you to clip or "prune" trailing, residual text from earlier correspondence when replying to messages.
