The next two meetings - August 5th and September 8th - are in Downtown Philly and one block from Suburban Train Station. (Take that, Oil Barons!)
Topic: Agile Maturity Model
Presented by Ravindar Gujral & Shaun Jayaraj
Abstract:
The Agile Maturity Model. What it is - What it is not. A brief overview of all the aspects that this tool covers aspects like "Responsiveness to Business". Our attempt would be to give an introduction to AMM and explain how we have used this tool in improving performance within teams. Our attempt would be to ensure that everyone understands that this is not the same as CMM. AMM is an attempt to provide a tool for the teams to measure their adoption of agile processes.
