** FREE $20 Plus a New Online Payment Method!
Good morning!
I'm giving away $20 bills -- for real! Want yours? Read on!
I'm very excited to be able to be able to offer this great new option to
you --
but I have to tell you upfront, that this isn't available for our
international
friends yet -- you must be a US resident. Sorry...
OK -- here is the scoop!
I have found an exciting new way to exchange money on the internet...
a new FDIC insured bank on the net.
Rather than spend big money
taking out full page newspaper ads,
they have decided to attract customers by offering Free Checking Accounts --
and also giving you $20 so you can open these without using any of your own
money!
But wait -- there is more!
You open your FREE account -- with the $20 they give to you. You will
receive free checks, a free Platinum Visa Debit Card PLUS
you can get an account for your spouse -- and they can get $20 FREE, too --
and you will get $10 for having "referred" them.
So -- that is $50 into your family budget FREE!
You each can refer up to 100 people (that's an extra $1000.00 each!!) --
--anyone over the age of 18, who is a US resident and who has an e-mail
address -- that you personally know or have a business relationship with.
OK -- so what does this have to do with your business?
As internet banking becomes more popular, online banks are searching for
ways to make their services stand out in the crowd -- and I think this
newcomer has done it.
Not only is X.com offering to GIVE you $20.00 to open your account (which is
FREE),
the free 50 starter checks, free Platinum Visa debit card, mutual funds
available
with no minimum...a $10 referral bonus when you refer someone
who opens an account there --
and of course that person will get their own $20 free....
but there is more.... Here is the kicker
YOU CAN TRANSFER FUNDS -- FREE -- BETWEEN MEMBERS!!!
Think of it -- you have a list of customers or clients -- or potential
customers, anyway! :-)
== You can offer to hand them a $20 Bill,
== you can then offer to accept payment for your goods and services --
without losing a portion of your profits to the credit card companies
==you can be sure that your customers have access to this service by offering
something, maybe free shipping or free e-book or whatever if they register --
and you haven't lost a dime because you'll receive the $10 for the referral.
== Already ads are saying "payment through x.com accepted ".
Here is what I read from the publisher of a home business e-zine yesterday:
>> I would love to do away with merchant accounts for the small
business person -- between PayPal and X.com I think it could happen.
Kris Rushing,
http://www.ultimate.org
-- Publisher,
"HomeBizNews" <<
OK -- so who is behind this? From a news release:
>>X.com is a banking and financial services supersite that will
seamlessly integrate all aspects of consumer banking and investment services
on a secure, easy-to-use Internet platform. X.com is the second Internet
company founded by Elon Musk, 28, who sold Zip2 Corporation to Compaq
Computer Corporation earlier this year for more than $300 million in the
largest cash Internet transaction to date. <<
So -- if this sounds as exciting to you as it does to me, check it out
yourself -- get your free account, get your $20 -- experiment with this with
your family (anyone over 18 may have their own account) -- and when you are
satisfied -- pass the word to your customers -- hand them a free $20 --and
watch your own profits go up! :-)

** Domain Name Updates!
Starting in mid-January, people will be able to buy .com,
.net and .org domain names for one year, or for as many as
ten years at a time.
Register.com Inc. has announced plans to offer single and
multiple-year domain registration services, providing more
flexibility and additional savings for those who register domain names.
Until now, all .com, .net and .org domain names are first registered for two
years, with an option to renew for another two years at the end of each term.
Starting this month, register.com customers will be able to register domain
names for one-, two-, five- and ten-year terms. Prices will be as follows:
1 year for $35
2 years for $70
5 years for $159
10 years for $299
What this means to YOU is that you can now register a domain for just $35.
If you have a name in mind, but aren't read to work on your domain you can
"park it" for a one time fee of just $10 at behosting.com (Please tell Erica
I sent you!).
Here is another domain name update:
One of the ICANN approved companies is www.namesecure.com
(800-299-1288). They have a special offer until January 14th -- to be able
to register domain names for $35 for 2 years. This is a special only good
until 14 Jan. It
includes the registration only (reserve for later use). You can also have
them do domain re-directs for a small fee if you like or host the domain on
the ISP of your choice.

*All-Business Quote of the Week!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
LEADERS CREATE THE CULTURE
Successful organizations create their own "culture" that supports
each member, fulfilling certain universal needs.
If the leaders fail to develop this communal culture, the organization
will not function at its best, and is unlikely to endure.
People working together want a feeling of community. They want to
be part of something unified and lasting, like a family.
This is created by a sense of a special mission, and a conviction that
we as a group know something and have something that nobody else
has or appreciates.
The use of a shared terminology, or jargon, also unifies a group.
Successful organizations respond to the temporary needs or crises of
their members with concern and help, creating a sense of mutual
support.
And for people to bond with each other, it is essential to have fun
together, both in work, and in social activities outside the context of work.
Leaders must create a culture that will turn a collection of individuals
into a cohesive social whole.
