Welcome to this Kitsap, WA area group created to provide small business support, encouragement and information. We encourage YOU to share your tips and comments. Some of the areas we'll be covering are:

- Customer Service - creating excellence so your customers want to be your best fan

- Marketing - it's your baby make sure it looks like you, marketing on a budget, turning that glazed look into a sparkle in less than one sentence, etc.

- Hats - balancing 30 hats and decorating them so they look like one, or maybe learn to play a little hat frisbee

- Encouragement and cheering each other's successes, even the small ones

For those of you who are shy, remember that you never know which tip or comment is the one that launches someone to success. Oh, and don't worry about grammer or typos, it's what you say that counts.
