* Provide technical leadership over multiple projects/tasks
simultaneously while doing development
* Take ownership of problems/tasks/projects and work them through
completion.
* Respond to and help to resolve Production issues as needed.
* Identify, analyze and resolve issues in a timely manner
* Provide full life-cycle development including requirements analysis &
documentation, design, development, testing and implementation of .NET
and VB6 based applications that support business goals.
* Develop new and modify existing applications
* Participate in code reviews to ensure applications support existing
architecture, follow the defined framework guidelines and coding
standards
* Application software analysis and integration
* Contribute to business area analysis and process redesign to meet
organizational goals
* Documentation
* Adopt and model the Internal Services banner, "Listen, Understand,
Communicate, then Deliver" to facilitate providing excellent customer
service to all customers and co-workers.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Skills: experience in each of the areas as follows
* 4 - 7 years of Web development (JavaScript, HTML, XML, C#, ASP.NET)
* 2 - 4 years of Visual Basic development
* 2 - 3+ years using .NET Framework (C#, ASP.NET)
* Solid understanding of .NET architecture
* 2 - 4 years experience with relational databases, MS SQL Server a plus
* 1 - 2 years of MS Sharepoint , a plus
* 1 - 2 years of MS Content Management Server, a plus
* 1 - 2 years of MS BizTalk Server, a plus
* Experience developing custom reports with MS Reporting Services, a
plus
* Strong Analytical Problem Solving/Troubleshooting skills required
* Working knowledge of data modeling tool, Erwin is a plus
Knowledge: Course work or 5+ years experience ~
* Project life cycle methodology
* Requirements life cycle
* Change management process
* Agile development, a plus
* Insurance & Healthcare industry knowledge is a plus
