I am a student of MBA at IIT-Roorkee and am currently pursuing a study of smart
cards and applications desired by the urban consumers along with their
credit/debit facilities in their respective cards.

For the same, I have developed a very small one page questionnaire of 8
questions which is needed to be filled online.I am doing a survey of the whole
nation's urban consumer.

I'll be grateful if you please take out 2 minutes from your busy schedules and
fill my form. Obviously without your support and guidance, my analysis would be
