The Boston Recruiters Group is a group of recruiting professionals in the Boston area who come together to network and share information about the job market & the staffing industry. As recruiting professionals, the thing we have is INFORMATION. The more information we have the more valuable we are to our clients.

To join, you must have exp. in the Recruiting/Staffing/Employment field and/or in some way affiliated. Your exp. could be in-house or w/ a placement/search co. or you could have worked for a vendor who provides other services or products to the HR/Recruiter community. Tell us about your recruiting exp., where you are located, name & phone number. If a BRG member has referred you, let us know who that is.

Outside of Boston Recruiter jobs (incl’dg contingency)
Job you are recruiting for (non-HR)
Vendor info

Unacceptable posts:
Postings that are disrespectful of BRG mbrs or cos. (no venting)
Posting a resume of someone for a fee
Political/religious views
Messages re: local charities
Classified Ads
Contingency Recruiters who offer their svcs.

Format:
If posting a job, list title & location in subj. line. Include if you wish to use agencies or not. If an agency recruiter contacts someone who has said, “No agency referrals,” the agency recruiter will be banned from the BRG. When posting a resume that you wish to share freely, post the person’s name, most recent job title & hometown in the subject line.
