A new group which will initially be a bit slow and gradually grow.

Dedicated to the goods railway from Marrickville to Port Botany, to the south of Sydney, Australia.
Discussions, sightings, news, modelling, photography covering both historical, current day and the future of the line. Discussions of relevant businesses the line serves is also encouraged.
Discussions of local area (south of Gardeners Road to La Perouse) tramways, both past and proposed future operations, as well as any other rail based operation (eg: Malabar Headland railway).

It is hoped that, eventually, the group will build up into an archive of information on the rail services in this area.
