Meanwhile, I, your new webmaster would like to see either a 2-tone green one or restoring one to “47170 COUNTY OF NORFOLK”, to match my HORNBY-MINITRIX n gauge model. Once we have a Class 47, the plan is to base it at a Heritage Railway and for it to put in appearances at diesel galas on other lines as well, along with possibly working specials out on the mainline - though that would require one with ETH (not to mention doing serious damage to the group Bank balance, like £12,000 to have TPWS fitted
