1) Unsubscribe from you attbi.com address by sending an e-mail (from that
address) to "your list"-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com. (In other words, if
you're
subscribed to WArecruit, recruiterXchange, WATechJobs etc. you'd send your
e-mail to
WArecruit-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com. If you're subscribed to
recruiterXchange, you'd send
it to recruiterXchange-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com. You use the same address
that you submit
your postings to, but add "-unsubscribe" after the name of the list.

Then send an e-mail from your comcast.net address to "your
list"-subscribe-NAME OF LIST YOU JUST UNSUBSCRIBED@yahoogroups.com. Or, if
you want to receiving individual
postings, use "your list"-subscribe@yahoogroups.com.

2) You can change your subscription online at Topica. Go to
www.yahoogroups.com
then:
- log in
- click "my groups"
- edit my membership
