335 S. Milwaukee Ave. in Wheeling. They have village permits but financing
fell through as banks are entirely out of the lending money to
long-established businesses business. Nothing is happening. It was supposed
to open last fall.

Rather odd that a restaurant without a liquor license would choose such a
prominent location.

I note the lack of progress whenever I ride Pace 272, the bus of choice of
restaurant workers.
