You have LOTS of choices and Bill can offer LOTS of help.

Listings in this group also include homes with LIST PRICES that are substantially LESS THAN TAX VALUE. While the most common reason for this to occur is either a TYPO by an agent or the subdivision of a property (with the pre-subdivision tax value), it is true that some of these present tremendous value. I've segregated these into PRICE RANGES. I suggest you only search those groups that you can afford.
