Hello, everyone. Here is important info to help you manage messages receiced
through the Virtual Network.

First of all, please remember our primary target group is

THE WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT COMMUNITY

while participants also include staffing services, recruiters, government
agencies, career practitioners, community action agencies & groups,
department of labor representatives, job seekers, and others. Thus, please
realize that

**Certain messages MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU at particular times.**

Please feel free to **DELETE** those messages as appropriate. If you
ever need to see a particular message again, you can search the forum's
MESSAGE ARCHIVES by keyword to find that message.

If you would rather not continuously delete messages, Yahoo! Groups features
alternative message receipt options! Currently, there are four (4) options:

(1) INDIVIDUAL EMAIL. This option, the DEFAULT (predetermined) setting, is
when you receive each individual message and any attachments as they are sent.

**(2) DAILY DIGEST (RECOMMENDED OPTION for Most Folks).** This option combines
a single day's messages into ONE MASSIVE MESSAGE sent once per day. These are
organized by topic, and you can use the FIND feature in your browser to locate
messages by topic. NOTE: You are unable to receive attachments with this
option, but you can access them through the MESSAGES area of the Forum's site.

(3) NO MAIL (WEB ONLY). This option turns off ALL MESSAGES to your email
account. If you are set up with the NO MAIL option, it is YOUR responsibility
to read the messages on the website. You can access the Virtual Network Home
Page at this link: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Cobb-Career-Site

(4) SPECIAL NOTICES. This option allows you to receive only important messages
from the group moderator. NOTE: This option is essentially the same as the
NO MAIL option. Those who choose NO MAIL will be unable to receive important
moderator updates. Forum moderators will not be held responsible for any missed
information.

It's SO EASY to change your preferences! To do so, just go into the [Edit My
Memberships] link located in the top right corner of the Virtual Network Home
Page once you have logged into Yahoo! Groups, then change whatever options you
want. It's that simple!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Your non-Yahoo! email address **must** be linked to a Yahoo!
ID to access any of the "members only" portions of the forum. First, you will
need to register for a Yahoo! Account if you do not have one and then sign in
with your Yahoo! ID and password. Next, access the Help page which includes the
steps on how to link a non-Yahoo! address to your Yahoo! ID at this link:

Then, follow the steps to link your email address to your Yahoo! ID. If you
