Description

~Conrail is a railroad of men and women whose love and devotion will carry it on through the years. I created this club because I felt, we needed to carry on with the true spirit of Big Blue. I am hoping to expand this with pics, locomotive data, work ethics, and much, much more! There are a great bunch of people on this list who all share a common enthusiasm for Big Blue. There's also a wealth of knowledge from fans, modelers, collectors and employees alike available! I hope you take as much to this great railroad as I and we welcome your input. Hope to talk with you soon!

The lights went out at 6 Penn Center in 1992! The last day of independent "big Conrail" played out at 2 Commerce Square (21st and Market) "Little Conrail"

well that following day, i hit the scanner and i heard "NS PG-76" medium approach, track 1, cp swedeland, out". of course, that's heading west to abrams yard.

I often wondered who turned off the lights at 6 Penn Center that night. I think someone once told me that the Blue Room was the last to go. Jeff Leaman CR 85
