Too much of disgusting calls from Citibank since last week -- Regar   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #1921 of 3104 |
A very interesting development with Citibank for the past two weeks. A guy calls
up on the phone. "We have selected you for for fabulous offers as a valuable
customer". Just like playing a recorded music on the tape recorder, he narrates
all of them all of which are costly purchases. After telling he wants a promise
or a question, the underlying meaning of the same, I could'nt get at "Would you
use the card still?"

Yesterday these jokers again called and this time, it was Tamil. This time, I
picked the call, put it in low volume and silently kept on the desk. He was
repeating 'Hello Hello' for sometime and after 20 Hellos (for 3 calls each), for
the second and third time, he was heard whispering some unparliamentary words
and then banging the phone.

This inspite of the fact that you deny interest in any of the offers whatsover.
I have written to indiaservice (At) citicorp.com

Let us see if Citibank management is proactive in containing this menace.
Thanks and Regards,

Deepak
