Dear Members,

Just now I came cross with shocking incidence with HDFC
Bank, Fort, Mumbai Branch. I deposited Rs.12,000/- cash in my Bank Account
in the afternoon at Cash Counter No.1 in HDFC Bank Nanak Motwani Marg, Fort
Branch. The said cash was accepted by Teller Mr.Amit Mantri. In the evening
when I checked my balance on the net, I was shocked to see that instead of
Rs.12,000/- Cash Deposit, the Cash Credit was given for Rs.1,200/-. I
immediately rushed to HDFC Bank at 3.35 p.m. with customer copy of Cash
Deposit slip. They realised that it was mistake while entering data. The
same was rectified.

I wonder how can they make such a big mistake of '0'.
