The primary purpose of this e-group is to share job leads for Software Quality Assurance / Test opportunities in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Secondary purposes include (1) sharing names of contact and/or hiring managers at DFW companies, (2) sharing computing platform and environment information for DFW companies, and (3) sharing information about the corporate culture at specific DFW companies that a job-seeker might be targeting.

This site does not individually monitor what gets posted to the e-group. However, flaming comments about former or current employers/managers/clients/agencies will not be accepted. Keep in mind that others in this group will see your e-mails so your professionalism should be apparent.

The majority of the job leads are extracted from internet job boards. Some leads come from existing members of this e-group who learn of opportunities via networking, etc. Also, some leads are from existing members who have potential opportunities within their company.

There is another local e-group called Metro-SQA. It is a mailing list that supports networking for software quality professionals in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
