Photo: HeBei railway vintage DF1939 stands at Bei'an waiting to take forward the 08.00 Qiqihar - Heihe on 23rd July 2006. The DF took over from MOR traction which worked up from Harbin in order to take the train over HeBei metals to Heihe. This train was terminated short at Xingangzi due to flooding. Also that day, DF 1462 worked the balancing working, the 07.00 Heihe - Qiqihar from Heihe to Bei'an. (Photo by Orpington)

Hi Brian - that's a first series DF8 - only seen in the North East, I think on the Jiamusi - Mudanjiang, Jixi -Mudanjiang Lines, but they may run further south
