Thanks for setting this up.

I was trying to find a way to easily create a value proposition for
the customer. I came up with a preferred stock method of funding a
company. In the attached spread sheet I set up an example. Maybe it
will spark some more ideas. The key thing I was trying create is a
quick value prop like "purchase 1 share at $200 today, earn 10%
interest, and $600 buyout in year 3", and then move on to describe how
this will happen. The attachement is in the "Files" folder of the
message board. Let me know if it uploaded alright.
