DATELINE Washington, DC: President Establishes Inter Agency Financial Fraud Task Force and is pushing forward Prosecutions...
The FBI, Secret Service and Dept of Justice are moving to prosecute Financial Frauds with recent mandate. They are now moving forward to prosecute the Luke 6:38 scam and Bob’s associates who knew and benefited will also be prosecuted. Louise Bartlett Bob’s fiancé in 2006, she also claimed to be married to Bob in 2007, could face charges as did woman just convicted in Federal Court in Macon, GA. Luke 6:38 victims claim Louise was active in Bob’s Church without Walls and helped feed investors into the Scam.

The Macon con man is going to prison for 5 yrs on Federal Charges, girlfriend gets 14 months because she knew. Both ordered to pay the restitution. Atlanta Feds put 2007 investigation on hold when Bob was in jail in VA, but are now moving forward. The Virginia Criminal Court has ordered Bob to appear Feb 22, 2010 for Parole Violation concerning his 2007 Fraud and Money Laundering convictions. Bob will be facing up to 10 years in State Prison on his VOP.

And, his Girlfriend(s), who have knowingly aided Bob's Criminal Activities may join him.
