Established in 1995, Friends of Amtrak is an announcement only advocacy group by Craig S. O'Connell. Subscribers to the group should be Amtrak supporters. Subscribers will receive periodic updates on Amtrak legislation and news designed to mobilize passenger rail advocates to support continued funding for Amtrak.
