Our mission is to establish an Official Committee to seek court or legal remedies in getting said monies and benefits returned. You should refer to the numerous class action lawsuits that have been instituted if you are concerned about remedies for GX stockholders. Although the actual makeup of members of this group may include several sub-sets of former GX employees, we neither discourage nor condone their possible actions.
