Dear All,

I am new to legacies and have just received some very exciting news regarding a
potential legacy bequest; I was wondering if anyone out there might be able to
give me some advice.

Our office has had contact from a woman who is interested in setting up a
post-doctorial research fellowship legacy with the proviso that the topic be on
a specific 70 year historical period. We will be meeting with her to discuss the
details, etc... Her main concern is to know how much it will cost to set up an
annual fellowship.

I am concerned about the narrow scope of the topic and I have some general
points for discussion, but I was wondering if someone can give me
advice/suggestions on an outline of points, details, issues that I need to bring
up in our meeting with this potential donor?
