Dear all

Just a quick pre-Christmas reminder; the next HELFR meeting is scheduled to take place at The Open University, Milton Keynes, on Tuesday 3^rd February 2009.

Timings for the meeting will be the same as for Leeds meeting with arrival at 10.30am for an 11am start (lunch at 1pm, coffee at 3pm) and closing at 4pm.

On the day rather than going to the main reception (in the Berrill Building) please come straight to the Michael Young Building (which is in the south-west corner of the campus).  If driving please use the “South West Parking” car park (no reservation required) – the Michael Young Building is on the opposite side of Walton Drive.  If anyone needs a disabled parking space please let me know so that this can be reserved for you. 

If you are travelling to Milton Keynes by train, you will need to take a taxi from Milton Keynes Central station. Ask the driver for the Michael Young Building at The Open University. The cost is approximately £10 each way and the journey takes about 10 minutes. 

Please let me know if you have any special dietary requirements.

I would be most grateful if you could let me know if you are planning to attend – if you reply directly to me k.l.hart@... it will help prevent everyone’s inbox clogging up.
