Role Purpose
- The Data Entry Operator is responsible for maintaining an accurate database with the Customer Information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information.
- Verifies and distributes resultant printouts as required.
- Maintains and Updates data with a high level of speed and accuracy.
- Creates and maintains filing systems of all related documents.
- Coordinates the collection of data from point of origin; participate in the preprocessing of data to locate missing information and to make corrections as necessary.
- Verifies data entered into computer by checking printouts for errors and corrections as required.
- Performs statistical checks to ascertain accuracy of data entered.
- Monitors the system for malfunctions, reports malfunctions to the IT Administrator.
- Coordinates the retrieval of information from the System.
- Assists in data collection and compilation for revisions.
- Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
