Our client is a world leader in the design, manufacture and support of
aircraft engines, gas turbines and space propulsion systems.

Report To: Director of Human Resources

Job Description:
Manage all employee relations and Human Resources issues within the
Wichita Falls facility.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for developing and executing employee engagement
initiatives and leading compensation/merit, succession planning,
staffing, LDR, and diversity programs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal
regulations as well as Corporate Policy.
• Serve as primary HR interface with employees and support and counsel
line organization.
• Assume visible leadership role in employee relations and engagement
process and lead all communication activities.
• Support EH&S, Drug and Alcohol program, and training for the
organization.
• Ensure employee development through effective LDR, performance
feedback, and directed training.

Candidate Must Have:
• Masters Degree in related field or MBA preferred.
• or Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations,
Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Human
Resources in a manufacturing environment.
• Prefer experience in industrial relations, management development,
or manufacturing supervision.
