Hello,

As part of an audit of neighborhood plan implementation requested by
Councilmember Sally Clark, The Office of City Auditor has developed a survey
to ask how you feel about the subject. The survey results will be part of a
full audit report evaluating the City's efforts to implement neighborhood
plans.

The audit is focused on how Neighborhood Plans are performing as they near
the 10-year mark. We built these plans to last 20 years, but the pace and
scale of change in some of our neighborhoods has been more rapid than we
could have imagined. We are also interested in whether neighborhood
residents and businesses still remember the plans and use them. How are we
doing implementing the plans? How relevant are the plans at middle-age?

We would greatly appreciate you taking the time to respond to the survey,
and provide additional information if you'd like to.

The audit report should be ready by the end of August. Councilmember Clark
will discuss the survey results and the audit report in a later newsletter.
