Jason Lee Shade is an honors graduate from Bucknell University. Mr. Shade gained first hand Wall Street experience while serving as an investor relations consultant for Gregory/FCA a small boutique firm in Ardmore, Pennsylvania during the Internet boom of the late 1990s. Mr. Shade became a registered investment advisor in 2007 putting his 12 years of market experience to work in managing his own fund — ETRX Fund from 2007 to 2009. In August, 2009, Mr. Shade launched an innovative stock information service — TextingTrades where he offered his hedge fund experience in the form of stock ideas and recommendations to traders and investors.
Most of his stock recommendations are generated from his proprietary "12 Point System". His strategy factors in several key areas including technical analysis, insider buying and market sentiment indicators to offer investors a "bottom up" approach to buying and selling individual stocks. Mr. Shade currently resides on the lake in Montgomery, Texas.
