The Practice can take the form of system, a process, an activity , a norm , a rule,an aceepted or expected habit, or just a way of doing things.

HRD is essentially constitutes three C's : Competencies,Commitment, Culture.

All three are need to make and organisation function well. Human Resources are increasingly recognized as the resource which is most critical to organization's success and as the main source of competitive advantage.

We, HR Professionals, have to discover & implement ways to make organizations successful and ways to make the workplace a place where people find satisfaction, fulfillment & happiness.
