The Institute of Management Consultants (Singapore) represents the management consulting profession in Singapore. As an independent non-profit professional organization, our prime objective is to promote the skills and knowledge of management consultancy, and the adoption of the highest standards of conduct by members of the management consulting profession.
IMC(S) is a full member of the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI), the global association of national management consulting institutes from around the world. As a national institute, IMC(S) administer, in accordance with world class standards, the international "CMC" certification - Certified Management Consultant - earned by individual professional management consultants. All CMCs in Singapore can thus gain reciprocal recognition in other 44 member countries of ICMCI.
Recently IMC(S) also initiated the national management consultant accreditation scheme - Practising Management Consultant (PMC) - with the support of Spring Singapore, Workforce Development Agency and International Enterprise Singapore.
The IMCSingapore@yahoogroups.com provides a platform for CEOs, directors and managers to discuss multifaceted management issues that confront them on a day-to-day basis. Member consultants of IMC Singapore may also provide their consulting insights into the issues discussed.
We believe that this platform will be useful in generating top-level discussions on any management issues. We welcome your participation in this initiative.
