This is a forum for the Investors Resource Center located in Central Florida. Our main meeting is the 3rd Thursday of every month at the Winter Park Civic Center on Morse Blvd at 5:30 pm. This group is for anyone involved in or interested in real estate investing or for businesses that support investors such as title companies, mortgage companies, handymen, etc. This forum is for our members to share questions, ideas, and other information that can't wait for the next meeting. Posts that are not related to real estate will not be allowed. If you will be communicating back and forth with one individual on a specific question, please email them directly instead of through this forum.
