Fruit Liqueurs CON AMORE
LIQUEURS from cranberry (die Moosbeere) and lingonberry (die Preiselbeere)
Cranberry and lingonberry liqueurs are classic Nordic fruit liqueurs,
characterised
by their tart/sweet taste. Remedia's Cranberry and Lingonberry liqueurs contain
21% ABV and 32 (cranberry) or 28 (lingonberry) grams of sugar in 100 ml of
liqueur.
Unlike many distilleries that simply mix extracts and essences with spirit,
Remedia
produces their liqueurs the traditional way-using real berries and maceration
technology. In maceration, fresh or frozen berries are immersed in pure, diluted
grain spirit and kept for several months until the berries' flavour is
completely
absorbed by the spirit. Afterward, the alcoholic juice is pressed out of the
mash and preserved for some more months to round out the flavour. Finally, the
alcoholic juice is mixed with water and fermented sugar syrup, consisting of
fructose (fruit sugar), glucose (grape sugar) cane sugar in equal parts. The
resulting products are premium liqueurs with the natural taste, colour and aroma
of cranberries and lingonberries.
LIQUEURS from Blackcurrant, Cherry and Raspberry
are based on berries and natural fruit juices. The alcoholic juices from berries
are mixed with juicies, added some grain spirit and kept for a few weeks to in
order to smooth the flavour. Then the alcoholic juice is mixed with water and
sugar syrup same way as in the production of cranberry and lingonberry liqueurs.
Blackcurrant Liqueur
Blackcurrant Liqueur mixes very well in cocktails and longdrinks.

How we operate is you provide the unsanitized RWA(s) /LOI(s) by BOTH Fax
and EMail.  We will then ascertain if what you are seeking is actually
available at that time, and will be available to buy for a minimum period
of SEVEN days.

When we have ascertained these facts, we will request FULL and COMPLETE
DOCUMENTATION  (ie)  Unsanitized RWA(s) / LOI(s). and full Banking
coordinates including the designated Bank Official  We also require Non
Circumvention, Non Disclosure and Fee Protection Agreements.  When these
are received, we will revert with transaction codes, allocation numbers
etc. (If Necessary) and all other details you will require to process your
requirement to it's conclusion. It is at this point that you and we step
aside to allow the Buyer and Seller to conclude the transaction.
