New Zealand Seminar Resurrected

Last year David Tanzer & Associates, PC. and Offshore Press
co-sponsored a seminar in New Zealand that we called the "Escape to
New Zealand Seminar". It was scheduled for early December, 2006.

We had to cancel the December date due to a lack of advance
registrations, but David Tanzer - an international lawyer - has made
alternative arrangements for a New Zealand seminar with another
sponsor. It will be held at the Hyatt Regency in Auckland from March
7-9, 2007. The program will include some of the same speakers and
amenities, and some fresh faces. Over 40 reservations have already
been confirmed so that the program is a definite one rather than
contingent.

good primer about living, working, investing and doing business in the
