After shutting his TIGER Fund in 2000, Julian Robertson has seeded 38 hedge funds. Professional investors now also call him the "world's greatest seeder". Many of those Tiger Cubs (or Tiger Seeds, to be precise) are hedge fund legends in their own right.

I had the opportunity to speak with Mr. Robertson on his talent and procedure when identifying hedge fund managers. The video includes the list - confirmed by Tiger Management - of all 38 Tiger Seeds, and gives a link to an Opalesque article where we listed another 32 Tiger Cubs (view the video to learn about how Robertson differentiates between the Tiger Seeds and Tiger Cubs).
