It is great to see you here and we look forward to working with you in growing Learning Organization capacities for you.

We have a great group here. So:
- Do introduce yourself or invite introductions;
- Feel free to take advantage of the experience, network & sincerity of the expanding group;
- Do invite questions, share lessons on your favourite tools, ideas on running workshops, dialogues, projects, brainstorm, networking, explore systemic interventions on global or local issues;
- Engage groups to think & work systemically - there is a lot that can happen 'on the system' rather than 'in it' or 'against' it;
- Offer your doubts or reservations with the work - I am sure the group would come around with a thought or another question;
- Check out & populate the files, links, databases and news here for updates;
- Expand your ideas of impact at personal, interpersonal & system-wide levels;
- Learn to build your own in-house networks, and;
- Of course, all these so that we can learn ways to create a society that sees working together as a source of life's deep meaning.
