We begin at 8:00 am THIS Saturday morning and go until the job is done.

That is all....

Property Players has just found a way to give back and learn about
doing a light rehab at the same time.

Andy Nathan and I were just sitting in a living room with a seller
that is heading to preforeclosure.

Now, this isn't a deal that we are going to make money on. The terms
aren't there and the equity is low so no deal.

Since we believe in creating win/win situations and believe in giving
back to the community here is what is happening:

1) Property Players will be collecting donations tomorrow for
supplies and materials, so please be prepared to GIVE.

2) Property Players will host a HANDS ON Field Trip and need
VOLUNTEERS to help with the rehab Sunday August 5th. Time and
Location To Be Announced.

The rehab will consist of painting, sanding, cabinet refacing,
hardware, replacing countertops, and some minor finish work.

Please reply with your interest in giving a HELPING HAND to someone
in need by emailing me off the board or letting us know in person at
the cashflow game tonight!

In return for this HELPING HANDS PROJECT Property Players will supply
good pizza, beverages, snacks, and a great sense of well being.

What is the profit potential? What are the units worth today? Vegas
is one of the markets that saw the most appreciation and speculation
over the last few years of loose and easy money. With the meltdown in
the subprime sector those markets are now seeing depreciation.
