However, you can purchase the iLife '11 DVD for $49 or less ($39 via amazon.com) and have iDVD and iWeb if you don't have a copy available via another Mac.
The statement on the iLife '11 page on the store.apple.com http://store.apple.com/us/product/MC623Z/A/iLife-11reads: "Note: iDVD and iWeb are included in the iLife '11 single-user and family pack box, but they are not included on new Mac computers."
