The Manila Bay Tidal Basin egroup is a forum of concerned professionals, agencies, community concerned groups, investors and funders for the development program in the improvement of the Manila Bay, its sorrounding communities within the Metro Manila and adjoining provinces around the Bay Area, the integrated projects in the waterways and tributaries of the Pasig River, the Pampanga River Basin connecting the Pantabangan Dam, the Laguna de Bay Lake Development and Manila Waterworks and the Newtowns for the dispersal of population within MetroManila.

The forum is open to the various participants from the community and the various governmental agencies involved in the Manila Bay Tidal Basin Program.
