Investors and Buyer Agents: Get the jump on the latest REO Inventory in real time before the properties hit the MLS. You can also post your repaired inventory, rent-to-own, and lease-option properties here.

FYI: It can take the MLS service up to 24 hours for listing changes to show up. MDF Updates come out in real time so you get you the latest foreclosure info, up to one day ahead of other investors waiting for their morning MLS updates.

In addition, you can preview our newly foreclosed homes up to 14 days before they hit the MLS. Check out the Photos section and see what will be for sale in the next two to four weeks. The redemption period just expired for these homes, and you can be the first to view them inside and out. The only stipulation is that interior viewings are available by appointment for all licensed REALTORs and pre-approved buyers or buyers with proof of funds.
