Selling Your Own Home?

Over 400 homes are closing this month using our program

Closing in 30 days or less

Are you selling a home on your own? Land Contract One has a financing option that can help you attract qualified buyers. This program does not cost you any money and is a great marketing tool.

The way our program works, is for you, the seller, to offer the home using Seller Financing or Land Contract. Once a qualified buyer makes an offer and is approved, we close the property and pay you just like a normal mortgage. There is no payment to collect or long term contract. The same day you close the property using seller financing, we buy the contract.

In today’s market you need to stick out in a crowd of many and attract qualified buyers that can get the deal to the closing table.

For more information on this program, please reply  to this message or call 248.453.5336.

Thank you,

Scott Walter
