From the looks of what they have listed for Idaho, it seems they have listed only the large dairies. Those, I would imagine, use hormones, antibiotics, etc....

I wean the minis at 4 months. Some larger cattle ranches wean earlier and some later. I find at 4 months they are eating hay and grain and do quite well...
