Shop Details:
This project involves the evaluation of compliance to company policy, guest
satisfaction and salesmanship at the bar of a local restaurant. You must
bring one guest with you to complete this assignment. You will be asked to
describe the interaction between yourself and the bartender as well as other
guests and the bartender. Drinks must be purchased with CASH ONLY.

Shop Pay: $25 fee PLUS food & beverage reimbursement

Shop Dates:
Due by 1/28/09; Shopper MUST arrive between 6:00PM and 8:00PM
Preferred days to shop: Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday
*NO Sunday Shops.
