Neumann Homes, once a top 38 home builder nationwide, and one of the top 5 in the Chicago area, is filing for chapter 11 bankruptcy. This forum is for those of us caught in "bankruptcy limbo", to share information relating to the return of deposits, completion of homes underway, warrantee issues, and related. This group is a private support group and not associated with Neumann in any way.
