Washington, DC (PRWEB) July 10, 2009 -- The Pederson Immigration Law Group, P.C., (PILG) announced the details today for the 2009 J-1/H-1B Foreign Physician Immigration Conference and Job Fair Series. The annual series provides the opportunity for foreign physicians undertaking graduate medical education in the U.S. and hospital administrators who manage medical specialty programs at teaching institutions throughout the country to learn about the immigration process and to assist doctors in securing employment after completion of their Residency or Fellowship program.

This year's events will take place in New York, Chicago and Baltimore on August 8, and September 19 and October 24, respectively. Each conference will present seminars on topics such as finding and keeping a waiver job, avoiding the H-1B cap and navigating J-1 waiver options, among others. Additionally, each job fair will include employment recruiters and placement professionals as well as more than expert speakers on U.S. immigration. Among those experts will be Jan Pederson, Senior Partner of PILG and a nationally renowned immigration attorney, who will also serve as the keynote speaker.
