Judge Vance, the District Court judge in New Orleans, has issued a
lengthy opinion withdrawing the reference for 55 OCA doctors. That
means their cases move to her District Court and out of the bankruptcy
court of Judge Brown.
Attorneys for the doctors seem to be quite pleased with the change! It
is hoped that Judge Vance will be a little less pro-OCA in her handling
of the cases!
