Strange?!?!?!
I seem to remember that OCA's blog on their website
promised objective reporting on the legal front. There's a new post
about an 11/15/07, ruling by the bankruptcy judge against a doctor for
$360,500.72 plus interest along with other incidentals, but there's
been absolutely no mention of the 11/5/07 loss in 55 cases which were
moved out of the bankrutpcy court and into the District Court of Judge
Vance.
So much for objective and unbiased reporting. The use of legal process
by OCA to frighten doctors into submission seemed to me to be a major
part of the strategic plan of the former management. It looks like
things haven't changed a great deal at corporate headquarters in
Metairie?
Entirely my own, personal opinion, of course. I would guess OCA
management has a somewhat different view?
