Thank you to everyone for the great turnout for our May Eldercare
meeting with Rick Keller. A special thank you to Rick for his time,
effort and contribution to our committee. Attendee response to Rick's
presentation was extremely positive. I would like to apologize for
the delay in serving the meal resulting in our meeting lasting
slightly longer than planned. These issues have been addressed and
hopefully resolved, however you can help us by registering early and
taking advantage of the earlybird discount!

Our next meeting is again at PJ's Abbey in Orange on Wednesday, May
30th at 11:30 a.m. The earlybird sign-up deadline for the meeting is
Wednesday, May 23rd. Your sign-up is complete upon our receipt of
your registration and payment.

Our speaker for May is Frank Cardinale, probate estate & trust
attorney in Newport Beach discussing "Understanding Probate & Estate
Planning Issues Causing Probate Court Intervention".

Just a reminder that all non-CPA's can take advantage of the CPA
member earlybird price. Non-CPA's also pay the member price after the
earlybird deadline. CPA's who are not members of CalCPA pay the non-
member price and there is no earlybird discount available to them. If
