Attached you will find the sign-up information for the June 27th
Eldercare meeting being held at PJ's Abbey in Orange.
We are very pleased to have Larry Dean and Sally Graham, current and
past Southern California chapter presidents of the Professional
Fiduciary Association of California.
Larry and Sally will give us an overview of professional fiduciary
services. Their discussion will cover the basic functions, duties
and responsibilities of fiduciary practice. They will also discuss
the challenges of court interaction, court reporting, trust
accounting requirements and an update of some of the current
reporting changes taking place.
If you have interest in working as a fiduciary and presently perform
these functions for your clients, this presentation will be
extremely valuable and informative.
If we have a good turn out for this event, the Eldercare committee
will strongly consider more nuts and bolts fiduciary presentations
for future meetings.
The earlybird deadline is Wednesday June 20th. Member CPA's and all
non-CPA's pay $30 if you register and pay on or before June 20th.
Member CPA's and all non-CPA's pay $35 after June 20th. All non-
calcpa members pay $40 regardless of when they sign up. At the door
registration is $45.
Please use the flyer on the files link to register by mail or fax.
You can also register online at www.calcpa.org.
Thank you once again for support the Eldercare interest group and I
look forward to seeing each of you on June 27th.
Respectfully,
Michael Bader, Esq
