Greetings Everyone!

I would like to extend a big thank you to Larry Dean and Sally
Graham for their informative fiduciary practices presentation
on Wednesday. We sincerely appreciate their time and efforts
to meet with us.

Our July 25th meeting announcement is posted on the files section of
yahoogroups.

The cost is $30 for Non-CPA's and CalCPA members when they
sign up by July 18th. Please note that both your payment and
registration form must be received to reserve your place.
After July 18th the cost is $35 and $45 for at the door
registration.

The topic is Options for Senior Living and our speaker is the
esteemed, Jacque Schweppe. Jacque has worked in the nursing
and social services field for many years before dedicating her
efforts to helping families needing assistance with placing an
aging relative. Jacque has an in-depth understanding of the
challenges that residents and their families face when making
the difficult decision of moving a relative into a care
facility.

Jacque's case studies will provide examples of the different
housing options that are available in the Southern California
area. Ms. Schweppe spends a great deal of time and effort
visiting senior communities, care and nursing facilities
throughout Southern California. Her presentation will cover
some of these findings and her opinions about the quality of
care provided by local senior communities and care facilities.
She will also discuss how she matches the most appropriate
facility with the needs of an individual requiring care.

Jacque's information promises to be a valuable and informative
presentation for any practitioner dealing with aging clients
or families.
